can someonehelp me with this question. i'm trying to record something from a vcr to dvd, but when i play the vcr tape the picture keeps jumping, so when i play it another vcr the picture is fine. is it my vcr or my connections. oh i tried switching vcrs but when i hooked that one up to the dvd recorder it did the same thing.
What capture method/card? What capture software? What country are you in? What capture format? What source format?
