Help please as I am going mad. I recently changed my pin number and now I cannot access the setting to change anything. When is asks for my pin number is informs me its the wrong pin number and when I tried to use the default pin of '0000' it also tells me its the wrong number. I am at my wits end as I have been trying now for 2 days to access it. Can someone please help me.........

I have managed to sort out the pin number problem, but I know have another issue. When I go through the channels some of the programs are showing a start time which is not correct some of them are 1 or 2 hours out, although others are on time. I have checked the time in the set up and its correct so I am not sure how to overcome this.
    Any ideas?.................

    1. Set time using GMT.
    2. Go to installation, user installation.
    3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
    4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
    5. Make sure time is still correct.
    6. Turn GMT off.
    7. Press blue button to save and exit.

Do not unplug it at night as you will have to set it again , leave it on standby
