    Hiya,

a quick question, do you have any packet-writing software installed such as IN-CD etc.

Sometimes packet-writing software has a delayed write, especially so when the cdrw has been "fast formatted".

It can take some time for data to flush to the CDRW, and if you look at the disk it looks as if all the data has been written BUT you are REALLY only seeing the cached data.

While there is data still in the cache waiting to be flushed to the cdrw, windows LOCKS the drive (disables the eject button AND ignores eject commands).

Could this be what is happening in your case?

    Have Fun...

none loaded but the interesting thing is that DVDinfoPRO will eject the drive with no bother. But windoze wont and front eject button wont. Guess I have a bit more rubbish to get out and try.
