pioneer dvr-109 back up problems

    I bought 2 pioneer dvr-109 and everytime I try to burn a dvd, I get an error message. The process gets to 100% and the the error shows. I have tried multiple burning programs and no help. I put my pioneer dvr-a06u back in, and i have no problem.
