I recently heard there closing down the Resident evil: outbreak file #2 servers at the end of this month! but the resident evil: outbreak file #1 servers are guaranteed another year or so! now ive got a pal PS2 and wud like to get a NTSC version of outbreak file #1 so i can continue playing on the internet! is there any other way apart from chipping to play an NTSC game! something like the freeloader that came out for the gamecube?

I am not sure even chipping it would work. I have not tried playing a game from a different region online.
