Hi, I have a version 2 ps2 with the fliptop cover and smd cd 3.2 and smd dvd 2.0. I was wondering if I'd be able to play backed up PAL games on my ps2. What would I need to buy or do? Thanks for the help. Let me know if you need any more info.

one more thing, some people (real hardcore people lol) buy themselves a PAL TV or mutli region television set.. There are also video signal converters but the good digital ones will run you minimum $200 for some it may be worth it

I was thinking about getting a pal to ntsc/ntsc to pal adapter for my tv. But I dont know where I would plug it into. My ps2 is hooked up to my tv through my vcr, and theres also a rf adapter. I found the plug that I think I might need at radio shack, but they couldnt help me figure out what I exactly need to do.
