You can patch the game to NTSC and perform a Y-Fix (move the screen up) with PS2 PAL TO NTSC PATCHER WITH Y-FIX V1.05 BETA

    ***You can download it here:
    www.geocities.com/jayteemaster2003/ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix.zip

    Here's how you do it.

1)Create an iso file of the game.

2)Download PS2 PAL TO NTSC PATCHER WITH Y-FIX V1.05 BETA and unzip it.

    3)Run ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix.exe

4)Click Browse and select the iso file of the game

5)Select 48 as the Y-Fix offset. You cannot have it perfectly centered because the PAL signal has more lines or resolution than the NTSC signal does.

6)I choose to uncheck Make PN Selector

    7)Click PATCH FILE

    8)Burn the patched iso file.

***Sometimes the web site is temporarily unavailable because the site often exceeds its allocated data transfer.

Sometimes, however, that program will not work with a game (Colin McRae Rally 2005 and some others). If that happens try adr patcher

    1)Download DVD Decrypter at
    www.dvddecrypter.com/index.php?act=download

    2)Run DVD Decrypter

3)Choose Mode-->ISO-->Read to create the iso file for the game. Make note of where you have saved the iso file.

    4)Download adr patcher at:
    utilities.psxforum.com/adr_patcher0_5.zip

5)Unzip the file and run adr_patcher.exe

6)Click browse and select the iso file of the game

7)Select .PS2 PAL -> NTSC PATCH ROUTINE (NO Y POS)

    8)Select Begin Search.

9)The program will search for locations to patch the game. When it finishes, patch the file.

10)Run DVD Decrypter again and choose ISO-->Write and burn the patched iso file.

DMS3 has just released a new flash upgrade that attempts to perform a y-fix. For more info visit the dms3 forums:
