Please Help Me Unlock My Nokia

    Can Some one please help me unlock my nokia 6103B I have tried the code #pw+428 087 147 640 103+7#
    but it did not work. Can some one please help me I need my phone really bad.
    IMEI: 359371/00/166735/3
    Provider: T-mobile
    USA

    The message I get when I put in the code is "can not undo restriction"
    Do you know if I'm doing something wrong.Please help Thank You

    “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
