    Thank you for the super-quick reply, but I'm not having any luck. I've already tried the code a few times, and its just not unlocking. Is it possible I'm doing something wrong?

    No, that model when it first come out had issues when trying to unlock them. The 6102 was the same. All of them would always show "phone restrictions on"

    It will need to be directly unlocked at a shop.
