please help need imgtool.exe can't find it

    i have recently got ifoedit(0.95) and when i get to the last part to creat an image it says the imglib.dll is missing and i've looked on this site and others have said to go doom9.org to get the imgtool.exe file but when i went to download it from there it said unauthorized download and wouldn't let me download it so if there is anyone out there that know a different site that has the file and will let me download it please let me know or if someone has it already send it to me thanx

    you need to set the REFFERER on your IE (in options)

    i'm not that computer literate so could you explain how to do that because only term i know that you wrote is cookies

    Sure

    In your IE (Internet Explorer) task bar at the top of your page there is the TOOLS button.
    When you click that you have ... internet options.
    It's one of the options in ADVANCED tab.
