You may want to google for roxio zapper to get rid of cdralw2k.sys roxio driver. But first try turning off imapi services. To do it take these steps. -on desktop click start -select control panel -click on administrative tools -click on services -browse your way down to IMAPI CD BURNING COM SERVICE -right click (on IMAPI) then select properties -in the middle of the window it will say start up type.click on the arrow to the right and select disabled. -make sure you click APPLY

Update your Nero to 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1881 These are horrible discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in Japan) As stated by whompus, You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
