I just bought a used Nokia 6230b (Cingular) that does not even work with my current Cingular SIM. On Startup I see the message ‘Phone restricted’ with an ‘Undo’ button. I’ve already tried the code #pw+221065560244002+1# from http://unlock.nokiafree.org but that did not work.
