I am burnig a dvd (video ts files) with nero 6.3 and I burns fine and plays fine in my computers dvd player... but when I put it in my player (pioneer and it does play dvdr) the picture skips and jumps. I have used 3 kinds of media and I have burned at 2x and 4x. Has anyone seen this before?

Well, it just could be the dvd player.

But, have you checked the dvd's you've burned for crc read errors? That can cause skips and jumps even in the best dvd player. You've tried different media and record speeds, but the only way to know for sure that this isn't the problem is to check the media for crc read errors.

What brand of media are you using? This could be a media issue. Please post your media brand.

    kurgan426,

Have you disabled your antivirus software before burning the DVD? This type of software interaction has caused endless problems for others in the past.
