please help with swf file

I used firefox to find this url i downloaded a file with ext swf. It only opens a browser. It appears to be a container file redirecting me to the browser. I read all the posts and user guides but am still having trouble

please help

 

You need the Adobe Flash Plugin to see this file.

 

I can see the file. It opens in a new browser. The file can not hold a video because the file is onl 35kb. It is way to small for a video.

I am looking for the actual imbedded file.
