please identify the connector on this SSD

    I'm looking for an adapter so I can connect this SSD to my tower but I can't figure out what kind of connector it has. I thought it was a micro sata but that proved to be wrong

    here are some pics of it, unfortunately the pics are a bit fuzzy

    I cannot tell from the pics if it has an "L" shaped connector header. If it does, than it is a SATA II connector. Standard SATA connectors should work with it though. From what I remember, all SSD drives use SATA or SATA II.....I think?

    it does not have an L shaped connector header

    In that case, you likely need an adapter that goes from what looks like Micro Sata to SATA. Basically it's an adapter similar to laptop drives. There is a small plastic adapter piece that slides on to what you have, and allows for a SATA connection. You can find them easily enough at any online tech dealer or ebay.

    Is there more than 1 kind of Micro SATA?
    I have a Micro SATA adapter and it does not fit

    when I get the chance, Ill try to take some better pics of the SSD
