Have you installed the drivers for them?

You will need to do this if you want your sound back.
They should have come with a cd or floppy so you can install them.
What gfx card and sound card have you got?

Your sound drivers will probably be on your motherboard disk.Insert the disk re install your sound driver all should be ok then.

If your motherboard has audio on it and you have an audio card installed, you may have a conflict. You need to diasble the MB audio in the bios. This is just a guess since I don't know for sure about your MB.

Have a look through your pc to find out what sound card you have inside. You may be able to download the drivers from there web site.
