    pls. help me unlock me phone which always says "phone restricted"..
    NOKIA: 3120
    IMEI: 355358006187853
    NETWORK: SMART GOLD
    COUNTRY: PHILIPPINES

    THE RESTRICTION CODE THAT YOUVE GAVE DIDNT WORK. ...
    I NEED OTHER ALTERNATIVES OR PLEASE GIVE ME A NEW RESTRICTION CODE THAT I CAN USE. . THANKS.
