Pleases help!!! i need good newbie guides for backup dvd's

can anyone help me im looking for some guides for backing up dvds as i am a new to this

thanks,i allso have 1 question,i tryed burning a avi file to dvd but it wont fit on the disc the movies only 80mb but it wont all fit on disc for some reason

To put a AVI file onto a DVD to play in a DVD Player, you cant just copy the file across, you will need to make DVD compliant files.

There is a guide in the Guide Section for AVI to DVD.
