    Hi OkEBoy
You have a bunch of logs here and the all have your serial # in them.
Each log is separated by this - ====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======
So edit your post and just leave the 1st log and edit out the serial #.
At the top of each log and begins w/ 1A.

What brand of media are you using? Brands usually use different manufacturers so you may get a different one with each spindle you buy.

The ones you're using now are made by Ritek - 16x. Not bad but your drive isn't liking them.

You drive may need a firmware update (if there is one) - I can't find one though you can check Gateway's site.
Use a different brand of media like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell. These are usually compatible w/ most drives.

You can also give another burning program at shot just in case - here's a good free one - ImgBurn. Use the build mode to add the video_ts folder to burn.

Office Depot uses different manufacturers so you may have had a different manufacturer before.
try a different brand and let us know.
If that doesn't do it - what's changed pc wise since you were last able to burn?
