Plextor capture device or ADS capture device?

    Does anyone here have any experience with either of the following units:

    ADS Instant DVD+DV (http://www.adstech.com/products/USBAV_703/intro/usb703intro.asp?pid=USBAV703)

    ADS Instant DVD 2.0 (http://www.adstech.com/products/USBAV702/intro/usb702intro.asp?pid=USBAV702)

    http://www.plextor.com/english/products/product_dvc.html (ConvertX™PX-AV100U and ConvertX PVR PX-TV402U)


    I want to capture TV signal, DVD/VHS using Svid and compvideo.
    Does anyone know anything about these devices? Are they reliable? I don't want a capture card...

    I have the Plextor M402U box. It does a very nice job of capturing from PVR and VHS.

    Let me know if I can answer any specific questions for you.
