    I just started getting this error today, help please!! Here is my Nero Log...

    Thanks.
    I've been using Genuine Ritek Ridata G04 4X DVD-R Super Grade media (over 100 disks), and this is the first time that this has happened.

    Then maybe the ""dust on the optical head, "" is your solution ! Looks like you'be been burning a lot !

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to "gut" my system tomorrow and do some cleaning. Thanks for the help.
