i want to use outlook for some e-mails but it want work. whats the story on pop3 e-mail? will my yahoo account work with it,is it against the rules in yahoo? also what files should i be backing up for protection,apart from my music,photos etc etc??? .
You need to get the "Incoming Mail Server" AND "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" address from the e-mail service provider. And type those into outlook when configuring you account.
