Port Forwarding Help

    Hey everyone....Chee5e here needin some help on getting port forwarding to work in uTorrent. Bare with me guys, I'm new at this whole Port Forwarding, and uTorrent stuff. Anyways Settings are set as follows for each section. Tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thank.. Any help and suggestions are more than appreacited.

    Wireless-B Linksys Router Model No. BEFW11S4 Ver: 1.50.10
    In Applications and Gameing\Port Forwarding Settings are as follows(By the way this is the part where you type 192.168.1.1 in your IE browser and it brings you to the Linksys Setup page)

    Application Start End TCP\UDP IP Address Enable
    Utor1 16881 16881 Both 192.168.1.100 Check


    UTorrent Settings
    "Port Used For InComing Connections"----> 16881
    "Enable UPnP Port Mapping"----> unChecked
    "Add uTorrent to Windows FireWall Exceptions(SP2 Only)" Checked


    Windows FireWall: Off

    Clicked Submit to quit, But I wasn't done.. Anyways these are the rest of my settings.

    Windows Live OneCare Security Program
    OneCare FireWall Settings are as Follows:

    Programs to Allow\Block
    utorrent.exe:---->Allow

    Ports & Protocols
    ICMP OutBound:-----> Enabled
    uTorrent:---> Enabled(Port Range [16881-16881],TCP or UDP [Both], Scope [Internet],For Connections [Both [Local Ports]]


    No Other FireWall I know of, Don't Have Norton Anti-Virus..What am I doing wrong??, What needs to happen??, I use to have a Stactic IP address and use to port forward the ports threw the address 192.168.1.136, But I didn't see any results, So I went back to my regular IP address 192.168.1.100....Please help anyone and everyone

    Settings look correct. Your isp could be blocking this kind of traffic. Oh and be careful what you do with that program, big brother is watching!
