port forwarding

    can you guys please help me portforward to make my utorrent faster, i went to portforward.com and its really confusing me.. also can you guys help me find a static ip , im stumped on that too

    that be a lot of help, thanks guys!

    Okay, first the static address, here's a guide to follow, just pay attention to what is said about the Default Gateway and DNS Server showing the same address: http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm Or is there some specific problem?

    ive looked at that guide, it was tough to understand though, theres no easier way to find static ip?

    Not easier, actually that guide is pretty straight forward. You just go into Command Prompt, type ipconfig/all, enter and write down the info there to be entered at Network Connections. Perhaps a friend can help you set up things.
