what i'm asking is that if that particular page is the only one you're having problems with.

    get a program called SnagIt

    Capture Anything

With SnagIt, capturing anything on your screen is just a click away. At the same time, SnagIt is powerful enough to handle all of your custom screen capture needs.

    sorry.
are you saying that you cant print anything at all using any program, or just anything printed from your web broswer?

when you say rubbish do you mean pages of meaningless letters and numbers or do you mean wobley fuzzy imagery

is you printer connected to a PARALELL port or a USB port?

normally i've only seen printers do that when they were interupted (like switched off) during a print job, and when you switch them back on you get pages of randon letters and numbers sometimes filling the entire page and sometimes just a few lines at the top of a page before printing more on the next page, and we can be talking about lots and lots of sheets of this.

my advice if this is the case:
reinstall the printer drivers - uninstall the existing one first if necessary. it may be as easy as going to the printer folder and delete the printer, then adding it again..
