Problem backing up DVD

    Can anyone help, I tried to make a backup of a DVD with Alcohol 120 and got this message

    22:12:54 Disc dumping: (D:) AOPEN DUW1608/ARR(1:0)
    22:12:55 Reading Mode: General Mode
    22:12:55 DVD Source Info: Session: 1, Track: 1, Length: 2.67 GB / 311:23:55
    22:13:10 Disc read error at: 288
    22:13:10 Disc dumping failed!
    22:13:10 Error message: [06/29/00] - Power On, Reset, Or Bus Device Reset Occurred
    22:13:10 C:\imagefilename.mds: Image file writing aborted!

    Can I do anything to correct this?

    try DVD Decrypter instead

    I tried that, but I fixed the problem by making the burner the slave drive instead of the master, and it works perfectly now.
