First off... Did search the site and no actual help found...

I´m experiencing problems while trying to burn 1.6G size PS2 game image (ISO) to DVD+r. I have modchip and around two years old PS2 (do´t remember actual version).

I´m very familiar with cd-r/dvd-rips back-ups and they´ve worked out fine for me, but as said I have large size game and need to get it work and instantly this problem accured. I have used Nero, DVD-Decrypter to burning operation, but somehow both progs. gives me datamode 1 as burning solution, and in both progs. don´t have a change to change it to datamode2. Why ? Does this need to be changed to datamode 2 when burning to DVD ???

After burning sessions PS2 doesn´t recognize DVD+r. As far as I know it shouldn´t matter if you use + or -DVDr´s if you´ve a modchip installed. Or does it ? Maybe I need to use ISO Buster to rip files out from the ISO file and the make a new image ?????

Is there´s any kind of solution to solve this I´ll be more than happy to hear it.

older ps2's might not be able to read +R. to burn dvd games in dvd decrypter all you need to do is mode-iso-read, mode-iso-write, there are no options to change.
