Hi I am New to this. I have Checked the Guides and the FAQ and still am not Clear on How to do What I Want to do. Most of the Info is on Compressing files. Getting 8 G to Go on a 4.7 G Blank. I want to know how to Back up only Parts of the DVD and Have no extra compression, to maintain the best quality. I tried this using DVDDecrypter but was not able to burn the resulting files I made. DVD shrink or Nero 6 would not burn the files I made to a DVD. DVD Decrypter seems to only burn ISO files. The only ISO files I could make with DVD D were of the entire disk 8 G too large to Put on a 4.7 DVD without compression. I tried DVD D in the files Mode and Unchecked some of the chapters to get It down below 4.7 but could not burn the resulting files. Thanks for your help or suggestions. Jerry
look for a thread with bbmayo he has the link under his sig.ill give some general info.after ripping with decryter in file mode,pull up shrink find the file.you should have plenty of options there.in shrink you can pick main movie only or delete audio u dont need.this doesnt always get it down to 4.3gb,but it helps.sometimes u have to use some compression.

Click on this dvd shrink and this dvd decrypter decrypter will not burn an incomplete file like you said you have!!!
