Problem in Arthur and the Invinsible

    I'm trying my best to make a copy and burn the movie Arthur and the Invinsible for my daughter,yet i cannot able to copy it at all it just said "error".I'm using the Dvdfab platinum,even the dvd decrypter.It just don't want to work at all.
    Any suggestion please ...need a help!

    Using the latest DVDFab - 3.1.4.0?
    Anything more listed in the error message?
    Check the back of the disc for any smudges, dirt, scratches etc.
    Try cleaning it off with something non abrasive.

    Hi There,

    It could be that the disc is dirty, in which case you need to clean it, or it could be a copy protection issue.

    does an error message pop up when you use dvd decrypter?
