    Game: Tekken 3
    PSP config: 3.80 m33-5 w/ currently 1.50 kernel [Tried 3.80 also]

I used popstation to convert the ISO to the eboot. I've got the eboot.pbp loaded in a folder located in the Game folder alongside a KEYS.BIN file. When I go to the game on my PSP, the Sony Entertainment screen pops up like it should, but when it fades out it remains as a black screen instead of loading.

I've never seen a guide where I actually needed it. As far as I know and every guide I've read, with the firmware I have it only requires an eboot and a keys.bin.
