Enable burning with Nero in DVD Shrink's options and choose your drive as the target. You can also select "ISO image file and burn with XXXX" depending on whether you are using Imgburn or DVD Decrypter.

What are your options in the output target drop down menu?

    That isn't what I asked...

When you click the big "BACKUP" button from the main screen of DVD Shrink and the new window pops up...the topmost drop down menu should present you with a list of your burners, ISO image file, ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter/Imgburn or Hard Disk folder. Do your drives appear on this list?
