For some reason,when i watch certain burned movies in Nero 8,everything is fine but if i maximize the screen, it goes black,there will be audio but no video.I tried using Vlc but it only has audio also.What could this be?
Have you tried Media Player Classic (free) as well? Are these AVIs or DVDs you're trying to view? If it happens with all software media players, I'd guess it's a system-wide video problem. Edit: text added below Is DirectX up to date? Have you changed codecs lately? Video drivers are up to date?
DirectX and drivers are up to date,but not sure how to change codecs.They are mostly avi files although some are the ones(not sure what theyre called)when there is alot of files and you need to extract the last one usually in the folder.Anyway when i get home from work,ill try MPC and see if that helps.
