Having a hard time making a back up of My Movie Drudge.Tried DVD Shrink and Decrypter and both have failed.

Anyone else getting this error ?

I fixed the problem by doing this
    "Steps that I did.

    First:
be sure to have DvdDecrypter 3.5.2.0
be sure to have DvdShrink 3.2.0.15

    Second:
rip the DVD with DvdDecypter using Mode-->ISO-->Read
let it download it to your harddrive

    Third:
analyze with DVDShrink using File-->Open Disc Image
    choose the *.ISO file

    Fourth:
let it analyze and you're home free"
    Thanks to dberrios

I/O errors are usually to do with the disc that you are trying to rip.
It may be damaged, dirty or scratched or it may contain protection that is difficult to get around.
Are you using the latest DVD Decrypter?
You may also like to try a AnyDVD running in the background whilst ripping.
Although Decrypter should be able to do it on it's own.
