BIG NOTE: I use Nero 6.

Ok... I downloaded a PS2 game. Naturally, I have to extract the .rar into a bunch of files. Once I extracted one of those files, I unlocked the awesome ISO file.

I opened up Nero, and I used the "Burn Image to DVD" option. I used my DVD-R, put it in my drive, grabbed the ISO, and I told it to put the image onto my DVD-R. I think I totally got this down... I'm all happy because I just burned my first PS2 game through a computer.

Then, I try to play the game on my PS2... it doesn't work! I'm like "Dayam... I spent 3 days of downloading this, and now it won't work."

    My questions are:
    1) Do I need a mod-chip or something for my PS2 to play burned-games?

    2) Did I possibly do something wrong throughout this whole process?
