problem with nero 7

    hello,
    im downloading pictures in general from various websites and after i burn them on to a re-writable cd i find sometimes i have at least 2 maybe 3 copies of the same picture.
    im running windows xp home with sp2 and its a pioneer 106d dvd writer.
    can anyone tell me if they have had this problem and if so how can it be resolved?

    is it a legal copy ? a lot of illegal nero programs on the web have been having problems.
