Problem with Nero & 800mb disc

    I am new to this site,so I hope someone can help.
    Basically I have downloaded a KVCD file of less than 800mb,but when I go to burn it in nero it comes up with "insufficient space on disc",this is very frustrating can anyone help.

    800mb thats what it says on the disc
