I bought some Philips cd 1-8X DVD+R and I use DVD Decrypter, DVDshrink to burn DVD. Decrypter writes to these disk and says it is a successful burn but when I try to open the disk its like it is a blank disk. So then I try to use my other DVD disk which are Verbatim DVD+R 1X-4X and it burns fine. So what is wrong with these disk I have tryed to lower burn speed to max 4X and still no good, Do I need to burn at 2X or lower?

Sounds like your phillips discs arent compatible with your burner. Some burners just dont like some media.
Check your manufactures website,to find out what media is compatible.
