Problem With The Notebook

    When i try to backup The Notebook DVD using Shrink, when i go to Open the disc, halfway through soft music starts playing and it says unable to read disc in drive. When I use decrypter I get error messages aswell. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

    I would bet that the DVD is scratched or dirty. Try cleaning it.

    Could also be a bad pressed copy. If you see discolored smears on the disc, that's probably your problem.

    Are you using the newest version of Decrypter? If you are then the problem is most likely the disk is dirty or scratched.
