Hi, My friends laptop is having a problem. When it starts up it goes through the bios and then when windows trys to stat it give an error like: Windows Cant Start
Missing file system 32 (I am not sure what file it is that is missin because i dont have the laptop with me).dll

I have tried pressing f8 on start up and I get the menue, but none of the choices work they all go to the windows error screen.

If any one knows any way I can fix this that would be great.
The laptop is an IBM if you need to know.

    Thanks for any help
