Using DvD Decrypter, and Dvd shrink, just like I have always. I was trying to backup Along Came Polly that I just bought, and after encoding in Shrink before it automatically burns, it says insufficient disk space, even though the compression stage of shrink says there is more than enough room. I have used this program exactly the same way for many backups immediately before this mishap. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have also tried putting in many different blanks, but to no avail.

    Cobravenm,

Hopefully this will fix it. Open Shrink. Click edit, then preferences. Shrinks default setting for a dvd-5 is 4464mb, change this to custom and enter 4300 and click ok. Then try to backup.

WOW!! that was quick. You know you have to start the process over. Don't have to rip, but you have to encode then burn.
