for anyone having problems burning an Full Screen/Wide Screen dvd.
one such dvd is resident evil: apocolypse.
while there have been many excellent sugestions, the easiest one has been neglected.

    1) use Magic Iso and copy the dvd image to your hard drive
    2) load the iso with a virtual drive(I use Daemon tools)
    3) dvd shrink as normal
    4) done have fun... now what could be easier than that!

Get the new DVD Decrypter update. It will rip RE2 and other new movies. The issue with those is a new encryption style.

After you rip just compress, I use DVD Shrink, works lovely, burn as desired.

    Hi there,

If it's a small movie (1 Layer DVD), and will fit on 1 DVD-R, I select ISO mode, then it's easy to burn with NERO etc.. 1 big ISO file.

If it's a Dual Layer movie, I use "FILE" mode.
Copies all the .VBO / .IFO files etc...

Then I can use DVDShrink, and use OPEN FILES.

Does that answer your question, a bit ?

I use ISO read with Decrypter, then in Shrink you have to click File/Open Image File, then find the file.
