problems in tmpgenc while encoding from avi to mpg, using vobsub

I have two problems using tmpgenc ,,

1) Some of the movies I encode, are bad,, the audio is sincronized with the subtitles,, but the audio is not sincronized with the video, this was made by tmpgenc because when i saw the movie in .avi with vobsub all was going fine,, but tmpgenc encode it bad,

2) I dont know why some movies need first to be "analyzed" by tmpgenc,, but it takes the double of the time, so how can i choose encode without analazing directly
