I recently bought and installed this software but can't make a copy of any DVD. It reads the source DVD and then prepares to wite to the target DVD, but never does. It just hangs there forever. No error messages. After that DVDXCOpy won't close. I have to reboot to restart. SYstem is a Pentium IV (2.80MHz) with 512Mb. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Blumen Strasse
Have you ever had a successful burn with the Xcopy program? I also have x-copy but do not use it anymore because there is free software right here that does a better job--DVD Shrink and DVD Decryptor work very well together and are fairly easy to use--there are guides here as well--As for the problem with Xcopy--hard to say--have you ever burned a DVD on your system? Hi, I had that problem when I bought the X-Copy Gold Edition. When I upgraded to X-Copy Platinum I never had that problem until these new Sony encrypted DVD's came out a few weeks ago. Then I used DVD shrink and DVD Encryptor along with the program AnyDVD. These work great!!! I hope that this helps a little. I am still new at this. dkg418
