problems with fight night round 3

i have a soft moded xbox and i have a few backup games that work fine on it halo, marvel vs capcom 2, etc. but i recently downloaded fnr3 for the xbox but my problem is it doesnt load up when i put it in my xbox then start it up it just stays at the boot logo and when i put it in the disc drive while the xbox is on it will just go to a black screen so i tried ripping it using dvd2xbox and that went well but when i try to start it up it will start then just go to a black screen any help on how to fix this i really wanna play the game and dont kno wat else to do

the file you downloaded is probably curroupt and wat kind of disk are you using
