problems with flashfxp

    Fellas help me out please..
    i just installed my chip, flashed a bios, installed slayers auto installer, have evox as my dash but am having to small problems..
    1.I can not succesfully ftp into my xbox...
    my xbox ip addy is 192.168.1.200
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    gateway 192.168.1.1

    ive tried disabling passive mode but still no luck?
    i am stumped.... i dont really know anything about this stuff so please throw a dog a bone.. thanks.

    2.why doesnt my xbox play backed up dvd-r's ... the originals play fine and these copies will play in every standalone dvd player i tried

    do u have flashfxp setup rite and also did u change ur computers ip to match xbox the xbox ip is 192.168.1.200 so make ur computers ip 192.168.1.201. Ur backed up dvds might not work on dvd-r try using dvd-rw's.

    ok im not sure exactly... ive gone into my network connection then opened up my local area connections, opened up the properties for the tcp/ip settings.... in there ive told it to use that ip address 192.168.1.201 with default gateways of 255 but no luck still...any ideas?

    r u using a crossover cable or hub? if ur using a crossover cable make sure its actually a crossover cable.

    Thanks for the help... i actually fixed this last night...it was my antivirus... and yes i am using a xover cable.
