    I have around 4 gigs of programs,games,ebooks,ect
on my cd disks, but,I want something easier to use.
any ideas on a exteral hard drives that is not too
expensive? I want something that I can use as drag
    and drop,just like a floppy drive,but with a bigger
storage like 10 or 20 gigs for long time storage.I
have one flash jump drive, but i heard its loses data
aftr a few month,so I dont need that,I need something
relable that can storage all my program for at least
5-10 years without programs of losing my programs.

    Hey faithzzzz,

I got myself an external HD. It is a Western Digital 80Gig HD. It definately serves it's purpose. My advice would be to go to either Staples, Circuit City, or some other electronics place and check out their clearance table. You will be surprised at what they have as far as cheap drives to buy that our price cut.

    Hope this info helps you!

    ;)

yeah a external HD would be the way to go, or make a couple data dvds.

Even these have a failure rate. "There's no free lunch..."

Very true...plus have to make sure that nothing falls or gets in it. Because that would just suck!

Correct. It would be a viable option.
