Hey guys, I use me tv tuner to record mpegs to my HD and then burn them to dvd. Some I convert to PAL for my family to watch in europe. My question is, do I have to leave it as progressive or do I de-interlace it for dvd when authoring in TMPGEnc for dvd writing?
    Thanks for the help.
