    Hello Everyone,

I have a PS2 slim and am using Swap Magic 3.8 to play backup games. I've been using DVD Decrypter to make the backups. The backup games play fine, but I've noticed that a lot of the intros and cutscenes are experiencing momentary freezing and/or stuttering.

If I put in the originals back in, the gameplay, intros and cutscenes are perfect. I am using Verbatim 16x DVDs.

    1) Does anyone think that I would have better luck with Verbatim or Sony 8x DVDs?

    2) Does anyone have any other suggestions as to how to solve this problem?

    Thanks!!

It's probably because you are burning way too slow. If it's 16x disc you are using you should be burning at atleast 8x. Burn them faster and they should be okay. Sony and Verbatim are both good.
