PS2 backups w/o DVD_Burner?

    is it possible to make ps2 backup copies without a dvd burner, mod chip, or swap method? I know, iknow, i'm new to this, and if there is any way this is possible, please tell me how! :()

    PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.

    So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip. (or hdd advance setup with boot discs)

    The only way you WOULDNT need a dvd burner is
    Unless you used hd advance then you would load them from pc to hdd and boot with boot discs.

    i know this kid and his uncle manages a cd pressing warehouse and i asked him to make me some cd's on the presses and he said his dad would go to jail is that true
