PS2 CDR to DVD-R ??

I read a post about converting a ps2 game from CDR format to DVD-R format, you can do it somehow in Nero though it only works 90% of the time, however I lost the post and can't find it through search or anything... If anyone knows how to convert CDR to DVD-R please reply to this post or email me :

I have no idea why you would want to do this. CD-R's cost less than DVD-/+R's.

I'll tell you why, i got slim line ps2 and it doesn't work with action replay 2.2 doesn't detect hardware, so can't boot CDR. Swap magic works, but often the swap magic disc isnt big enough to boot the ps2 CDR games where as the swap magic DVD can always boot the biggest DVD games.
